Welcome to the Willamette Valley H-D® Loyalty Rewards Program! This program is our rewarding you for your choice in making Willamette Valley H-D® your choice for all things Harley-Davidson®. This program is offered to all customers at no cost, subject to program terms and conditions. Points are earned through purchases and bonus points may be available during special promotions.

How it Works

You will receive 1 point for every $1.00 you spend at Willamette Valley H-D® in parts, Clothing and Service (excluding specially priced items, taxes, online purchases and certain service procedures including but not limited to: inspections, collision, and warranty work. See store for details). You first rewards coupon is available at 200 points. You may choose to accumulate points over the course of the program period. Once you decide to redeem a coupon, the points will automatically subtract from your total.

Points are accumulated through purchases and special promotion and will be posted for purchases in 24-48 hours & specials promotions in 48-72 hours. You can log-in and track your points by clicking below.

How to Use Your Points

Points are accumulated through purchases and special promotion and will be posted for purchases in 24-48 hours and special promotions in 48-72 hours. Your membership number and access code are on the back of your card right under the barcode (membership is or top in the format HJXXXX). Please note: if you are having trouble accessing your account, you may be entering zeros as the letter O and vice versa. Your membership number will only contain 2 letters followed by 4 numbers. Your access code located below the membership number may include a combination. Zeros are typically skinnier than the letters. You will then have the opportunity to establish a username and password to access your account.

  • Rewards Certificates earned under the Loyalty Rewards Program CANNOT be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, used toward motorcycle purchases, used to purchase gift cards, or used for warranty work or collision repair. Also, points are not earned on discounted and sale merchandise.
  • Rewards Certificates are non-transferable.
  • Rewards Certificates expire 30 days after printing.
  • Rewards points CANNOT be added for purchases made before you joined the VIP Customer Loyalty Rewards Program.
  • Rewards points CANNOT be earned on purchases made with your Rewards Certificates.
  • Rewards points CANNOT be earned on warranty work or collision repair.
  • Once you earn 10,000 points, you must redeem them before you can earn more points.
